Data Analysis

Results are provided in an easy-to-use format to aid in interpretation and publication.

A summary validation report is generated for all samples. ​Results are typically available 6 to 8 weeks after receipt of the samples.

  • Guide explaining the primary bioinformatics data analysis pipeline
  • Key definitions and analysis parameter settings
  • Summary statistics of:
    • Mapped sequencing reads - index count, uniquely mapped tags, sequence duplication level, genome coverage
    • Peak-calling results - number of peaks, median tag count per peak, average tag count per peak
    • Peak-pairing results - number of peak-pairs, mode of peak-pair tag count, number of orphan peaks
