Our services have been structured to reduce the cost and risk of epigenomic research.
As with any lab technique, there is no guarantee that the DNA samples and antibodies are experimentally compatible. Our low-priced validation service assesses the ChIP-exo and/or ChIP-seq compatibility of submitted DNA and antibodies. Based on the results of the validation, researchers then have the option to acquire the bioinformatics reports of their choosing.
Please note that if you would like to conduct ChIP-exo and ChIP-seq on the same sample, two separate validations will need to be performed since they are two separate procedures. We highly recommend conducting a positive control with Pol II.
